VENUE

The congress will take place at the Congress Center “Master” located in Novi Sad Fair near the city centre.

CONGRESS SCHEDULES

The official opening and the scientific program will commence on June 3rd, 2008 and will end with the last sessions on June 6th, 2008.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE

The official language of the Congress is Serbian and English. Simultaneous translation will be provided.

REGISTRATION

All participants should fulfill the Registration form presented at our web site and send it to E-mail: xmtwbc@neobee.net no later than May 1st, 2008.

ABSTRACTS

Abstracts must be sent no later than May 1st, 2008.

Abstracts should be preferably submitted by E-mail.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

A certificate of attendance will be prepared and could be collected from the congress registration desk after June 5th, 2008.

LETTER OF INVITATION AND REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Participants from some countries will need to obtain a visa to enter Republic of Serbia. In that case an official letter of invitation will be sent from the Secretary of Organizing Committee upon request.

WORKSHOP MATERIALS

The package of congress materials can be obtained at the registration desk. Please bring your official confirmation receipt when collecting your congress package from the registration desk. Please wear your badge at all times during the period of the congress and in case of loosing the badge, please report to the registration desk.

EXHIBITION

During the congress on exhibition area will be set up for extensive exhibition of interested companies.
